Meditech is commemorating its 25th year in business with the announcement of several key milestones.
Meditech began as a small firm in 1993, producing videos for hospitals and recording medical and surgical procedures. The experience allowed the company’s founders to find their niche, producing videos for device marketing and creating programs to educate healthcare professionals and patients. Meditech steadily grew by expanding services to include 3D animation and mobile development, and building a roster of Fortune 500 customers.

In 2018, Meditech delivered its 400th patient education program, covering topics from women’s health to living with a remote heart monitor. Meditech has long supported marketing new medical devices by developing 3D animation, video and mobile applications. This year marks more than 250 medical device projects for clients including Abbott, Boston Scientific, CSI, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Stryker, and many others.
Meditech’s customer count has surpassed the 150 mark, with a diverse client base ranging from small start-ups, to agencies, to healthcare giants. Many of Meditech’s first relationships from 25 years ago still exist today.
After a quarter century, Hagen remains confident about the future of Meditech Communications. “By focusing on our key strengths and always striving to exceed customer expectations, I’m confident we’ll continue to succeed in the next 25 years.”
